Returns are accepted for GeniCards in their original condition and packaging, excluding any damage caused by our mistake or during the delivery process.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your return request and order details.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
The product must be securely packaged, including all original components, and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the package.

3. Time Limit for Returns:
Customers must notify us of their intention to return the GeniCard within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for GeniCards that are damaged or broken due to our mistake or during the delivery process.
Personalized GeniCards with custom designs or information cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Refunds/Exchanges:
Once we receive the returned GeniCard and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
Exchanges for the same product will be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect.
Shipping charges incurred on the original purchase are non-refundable.
